Maintenance Contracts
We offer three types of maintenance contracts
The A Type Contract
The A Type is a basic contract which ranges from 4, 6, 10 or 12 visits per year but can be tailored to your personal requirements. These visits are spread across the year at regular intervals and will be carried out during the engineer’s normal working day. We will inspect and carry out a clean down and lubricate all working parts of your lift, supplying the necessary lubricants and cleaning materials. A log card for each lift will be retained on site and kept in the lift motor room and will be duly updated by our engineers. After each visit a work report will be left on site/with the customer and will be signed and dated by our engineers. Call outs/breakdown will be carried out at an extra charge to this contract unless otherwise stated within the contract summary.
The B Type Contract
The B Type is an intermediate contract which, again, ranges from 4, 6, 10 or 12 visits per year but can be tailored to your personal requirements. These visits are spread across the year at regular intervals and will be carried out during the engineer’s normal working day. We will inspect and carry out a clean down and lubricate all working parts of your lift, supplying the necessary lubricants and cleaning materials. A log card for each lift will be retained on site and kept in the lift motor room and will be duly updated by our engineers. After each visit a work report will be left on site/with the customer and will be signed and dated by our engineers. Call outs/breakdowns will be carried out at NO extra charge during normal working hours. Unless parts are used which will be chargeable.
The C Type Contract
The C Type is a comprehensive contract which, again, ranges from 4, 6, 10 or 12 visits per year but can be tailored to your personal requirements. These visits are spread across the year at regular intervals and will be carried out during the engineer’s normal working day. We will inspect and carry out a clean down and lubricate all working parts of your lift, supplying the necessary lubricants and cleaning materials. A log card for each lift will be retained on site and kept in the lift motor room and will be duly updated by our engineers. After each visit a work report will be left on site/with the customer and will be signed and dated by our engineers. Call outs/breakdowns will be carried out at NO extra charge during normal working hours, inclusive of parts used. Unless the fault is caused by misuse, vandalism or Health & Safety requirements.
